– $400 bike not available but all sales are…

I bought a Great Sports bike through SAFERWHOLESALE.COM Gave them a check acct WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE !!! Week later I get phone call to inform me they would be charging my checking account approx $75 more than original receipt showed. I asked to cancel the order but was told that was impossible as bike was already being shipped, and the terms and conditions I agreed to includes no refunds: all sales are final. Maybe I misunderstood and don’t seem to have any choice so 3 weeks later and still no bike. Call Terry Johnson the Sales Manager who tells me bike is not available. Only bike they have that is similar will be another $100 and even it can’t be shipped to arrive before Christmas. Since they don’t have the item they will be glad to refund my money FOR A 30% RESTOCKING FEE ! Restock an item that doesn’t exist ? Terry says he is such a nice guy HE will give me a credit toward anyother items I want, just pay for shipping. Should I start down this road again ? They run these electronic checks before they even check to see if they have the product, terms & conditions are all sales are final. What SALE ? You don’t have it and I didn’t get it. I am turning this place over to the Attorney General’s office.
