Refusal to pay Contractors for work rendered

My Complaint: Company chooses to hire contractors to complete work, scam them on the amount and then charge them back for the work already completed. Do not trust them. They have done this to numerous Contractors. Demand Contractor to pay for insurance through vendor they choose for your to pay for knowing you may not be able to afford it after the chargebacks.

My Demand: Economics Damages
