rogers – lie

rogers called me and tried to sell me a phone and i told themm i dont want a contract so i dont want any phone since i had a phone already..anyways agent talked me into it and sold me black berry gold but they sent me blackberry curve …they called me 1 years later trying to sell me a phone again ..i told themm about the situation i was in and i would appreciate it if they could do something about the wrong phone they sent me …lady told me on the phone yes they should help me and she transfered me to the person responsible but i was on hold for hourss and didnt get a call back etiher at all…
