RizeZone Technology Edmond Oklahoma

Complaint: I was trying to order Norton Security and a pop-up message came up and said a technician will be calling you. At first, I thought I was talking to a Norton Security Technician, when I was told the company’s name is RizeZone. I still thought it was a contractor that Norton was using for security maintenance. The tech’s name is Andy and he told me that for $199.00 he could clean my computer and I would not have any more problems with computer viruses for the life of the computer and that included having Norton Security for 1 year. He asked for access to my computer, which I gave him foolishly. Once in my computer he told and showed me all these suppose viruses. He told that my internet was not secure and I told him it was. While he was talking I looked the company up on my smart phone and saw the 5 scam notes. I immediately booted him off my computer and he asked me why. I told him about the scam data and he put his supervisor on the phone who tried to tell that all companies get bad publicity. I told him I needed to do some research and I would call back. I contacted Norton and was able to download their security software for $49.95. I don’t know if this company is legal but I didn’t feel comfortable with how they can chat with you as if they are another company. I wonder if Norton realizes what they are doing.
