I made an order for a pair of 2.4A High Speed Charging Magnetic Cable For Apple iphone. The order was made on December 21st and payment was made through PayPal. It said 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. After 4 weeks there was no delivery and the online tracking showed my package was ordered but nothing else. I emailed the company and asked about the order. A few days later, I received a reply stating “Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused to you due to the late delivery of your product.We always prioritize complete satisfaction of our customers and make sure that the products reach them within the specified time limit. Unfortunately in your case, certain situations just came up suddenly and failed to deliver the items within the time frame due to logistic problem.In this matter we would like to know if you want us to send another package to you at no cost.We are truly sorry for what you have experienced and we are making an effort to ensure that such problem will not occur in future. We aim to continuously provide a fast and efficient service. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us back. We are hoping to have a future transaction with you again soon.” So I waited a couple more weeks, but nothing has changed with the tracking of my items. I sent another email to get more feedback on my items. I asked that they either send the items or cancel my order and reimburse me. I have not heard back.
