I had initially reserved a house however chose to discover an inn near Disney that offered transportation. These were the motivation behind why I chose to book this lodging, also, the photos on the internet looked pleasant which in reality turned out to be the total opposite… You drive up to the slope and you wouldn’t find any suitable parking and you have to pay $20 which is just too expensive for just getting a spot at the parking lot or you can also choose valet for $40 which is also a total waste of money. Why does it cost so much to park your car in this resort? I don’t have a clue. When you stroll in you get this unpleasant ambience that is not inviting at all. You stroll in and pass the valet work area and a bistro on the left with the ringer stand work area and a bar to one side. The bar needs a renovation because it doesn’t match up to the current standards of bars interiors that other resorts have. Check-in was troublesome because the woman on the front desk wasn’t quick with the procedure. There was a Disney store inside the inn. They didn’t have many attractive things to sell which were disappointing and the interior wasn’t appealing so it kind of put me off. I booked the master bed with the haul out lounge chair with the Disney Springs view. The sleeping pad was somewhat too delicate for my liking. The couch bed was resting on WIRE SPRINGS and was too uncomfortable. The washroom is TINY!!!! If the entryway is open you can’t get into the tub! I despise scrubbing down with steam so I shower consistently with the entryway open and it was inconceivable. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly and the cleaning team isn’t efficient enough to clean it every day. You have to call the bell service all the time only to get irritated because the staff never shows up. The pool was just alright. It was really small and they don’t offer free drinks which other hotels do in their pool areas. They had a bar that you needed to order at and get your food. Overall the poolside services were really bad and they badly need to work on it. I noticed that on the floor where my room was in there was lose electrical ropes which are so dangerous. How could they not care about their customers’ safety? I had two issues with my room. The toilet was filthy, the cleaning lady never restocked the lotion, and I required additional bed covers yet they just gave two. Disney transportation says its like clockwork yet they are late on occasion so don’t rely upon them. Additionally, THEY WON’T WAIT! My sister was in the lift two minutes away and the driver would not pause so I missed my reserved breakfast at the Magic Kingdom. I am going away. Run and never look back. The front work area possibly giggles when you whine about anything. I sterilized myself, my baggage, and my family when we left.
