Wheels Tires and More They put wrong information and misleading me make wrong order,then ask me to pay for return and restock fee Internet!!. Don’t do any business with them. I follow the instruction on their website to input my 2018 VW Tiguan information, they lead me to one parts and say it fits my vehicle.I made the order and got the parts couple of days later.Guess what, it doesn’t fit my car, I checked with parts number show on the shipping box on google,lot of information show me it just fits the model before 2011. Obviously they put wrong information on their website and misleading customer make the wrong order. I told them the truth and ask them resend me a right parts or set up a return and refund me all my money. They said they couldn’t find the parts I need and let me send the wrong parts back on my cost. Also they will charge me 20% restock fee. I told them it’s ridiculous. It’s their fault,how come ask me to pay for their mistake? After times I described the truth about the wrong information on their website, they went to their website and make some change. I asked them if they do some change on their website regard of the wrong information,they lie to me,they said they didn’t do any change on their website,they said they do not even have access to do that parts. I asked them How could you explain why I follow your website instruction to put the 2018 VW Tiguan information ,then you show me this parts and say it fits my vehicle. They probably don’t know we have a tech means screenshot. No one is perfect,I understand sometimes we could make some mistake,but you should take the responsibility regard of your mistake.Don’t let customer pay for your mistake.
