Viasat/Exede Customer service lied to me when I paid bill,said I had to change plans. I pay the same but less service Internet!!. I customer service VIASAT EXEDE to bill,they said I would have change service plans. I said I wanted the same and expressed it many times. I have been on this plan for 3months and I run out data last week in month. I expressed to Customer service today that I need more or reset to change my plan. We went back and forth.I asked for SUPERVISOR and expressed it tohim.Nothing he could do .I said if I need to pay more I will.I the top plan in my area. He said if Iwas getting .19 download speed in non congested hours.He said call bakc tommorow .,I said I had it earlied in day with non congested hours and he said I would have call back later. I am looking for another plan ,and am expressing my opinion. They really suck bad.
