USADiscountWarehouse.com Product returned to sender and USADiscounters did not respond to two emails to resolve, and ‘never’ answered phone Cape Coral Florida!!. I ordered a 64GB and 256GB micro sd. My address was off by one number (the apartment bldg number listed ****3, instead of ****2), so the items were returned to the sender by the post office. After two weeks of not receiving the items, I checked the status and found the address discrepency. I first called on a Saturday, and got a message saying their business hours are Mon-Fri, and to email them. I emailed them explaining what happened. After two business days of no response, I called again (I just noticed it was ‘after’ their business hours) and got another voice message telling me to email them. I sent a second email, stating I want a full refund since they did not respond to the first email. I am awaiting a response from them at this time, but I have no confidence they will respond. I had ordered the same items about a year ago. I lost the 64GB card, and I just realized the 256GB stopped working completely. It is no longer recognized by my phone or my desktop computer. Now that I’ve learned this I definitely want my money back, but again I have no confidence that they will even respond. I’ll update with the final outcome.
