Ordered several ink cartridges from www.tonerclinic.ca and when I received my order everything was incorrect. I wasn’t very upset that moment, because as a frequent online shopper I know that things like that sometimes happen and can easily be fixed with the help of customer support. How naive I was. When I contacted TonerClinic customer service they refused to refund me or exchange! This was the first time when support refused to provide any help. No matter how hard I’ve tried they said no over and over again! Avoid at all costs!
