Social Security Administration Chicago Illinois

Social Security Administration/ Chicago Illinois SSI Disability Covertly charging me for trying to survive. Chicago ILLINOIS!!. My complaint is against the Social Security Administration here in Chicago Illinois. 6338 S. Cottage Grove. This complaint will leave some in disbelief, educate others, and oppose an illegal activity that may have been going on for years. First of all, my award was granted approxiamately 5 years ago by a Federal Jugde. After fighting this case for over 2 years. The Social Security Administration had no legal right to deny me. Considering the fact that X-rays, lab reports, doctor statements, etc. confirmed my condition. Nevertheless, the Social Security Administration still denied my claim. Fast forward 2019 and once again being harassed by the Social Security Administration 6338 S. Cottage Grove specifically pointing out Mr. Kendall Walker employee/administrator. I will be elaborate and specific. I also have paper work to affirm everything I type. Letters, appeals, dates, times, spread sheets, check stubs, expenses, etc. Neatly sitting right in front of me. Information Kendall Walker looked over, had time to access but chose to ignore the information before him. So yes…I can prove everything I type. I get approx. $730 a month for SSI/disability. Because of my condition I am unable to work a consistent job that requires standing, sitting, or walking for long periods of time. Nevertheless, SSI does not suffice the living expenses I have, such as rent, utilities, insurance, food, etc. So I was given and opportunity to make a few extra dollars each month by working as and “extra” on T.V. shows. This work does not require anything strenous. Standing in the background, or sitting at a table. Maybe 3 or 4 times a month 88/8hrs not excluding taxes. This arrangement helped me out a great deal because I was really straining to live a subsistent life. At the end of the year the Social Security Administration (Kendall Walker) called me one Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. asking me if I had been working? And how much was I making? I made about $2,000 in the year of 2019 and Kendall Walker said I owe SSI approx. $1,000. Not considering my living expenses, traveling expenses, clothing, lunch, etc. involving this $2,000. Of course I filed an appeal and lost. What I find strange is that I filed the appeal against Kendall Walker and his office heard my appeal. Furthermore, I made copies of this appeal and forwarded it to all 3 agencies in Illinois: 6338 S. Cottage Grove Chg. Ill. 77 west Jackson Chg. Ill 60604. 3112 Constitution Dr. Springfield Illinois 62704. Each gold folder contained 15 pages detailing my situation, bills, receipts, and everything current and up to speed. All 3 gold envelopes were forwarded to the Cottage Grove Office. Which thereafter gave them complete control and authority of my case/appeal. After paying my expenses I had maybe $30 or $40 in my pocket and the proof was right there in their face and still denied me. Like I said, I have the paperwork sitting right here. The purpose of sending 3 appeals out was in hopes of having someone look over the information. Unfortunately this did not happen. I come to realize that the Social Security Board is motivated by illegal standards. And because of this I have suffered dearly. I am writing today in hopes of finding someone who will stand up to the Social Security Administration. Or someone who can tell me if it is legal for the Social Security Administration to charge me for every dollar I make? Because if it is legal how can I survive off benefits that will only cover my expenses? Everything I type is the truth. If anyone is upset about anything I type. So be it…The truth is the light. Thank you for reading. Have a great day.
