Slooh offers no contact information, so you can never cancel or get your money back. Ever. Internet!!. Last year, my husband signed up for a monthly Slooh subscription. We have screenshots to prove that he was advertised a monthly service… and then was billed for a $299.95 annual plan anyway. My husband quickly realized that the entire product Slooh offers is a fiction. There were obvious flaws in the images that disproved their claim to offer a live stream. He stopped using the service and tried to reach customer service… but they offer absolutely no contact information on their website whatsoever. It’s been a year and we were just billed another $299.95 yesterday. We were furious! We sought to contact Slooh again, but we ran into the same roadblocks. There is no contact information on their website except for social media pages. My Tweets to Slooh and their CEO have gone unanswered. Their Facebook page has disabled messages and offers a phone number that has a full voicemail, so it can’t accept new messages. There is absolutely no way whatsoever to contact this company. In the meantime, I have opened a fraud investigation with my banking institution and filed a complaint with the FBI Internet Crimes Complaint Center. I am searching for other ways to contact or destroy this company. I want my $600 back but I’d also like to stop them from scamming other innocent victims. Be very, very wary of Slooh. It’s not worth the headache.
