Shaw Direct | Poor Customer service

Having problems with receivers (only 4 years old). 4th call over 1 hour wait on each one. Three techies have come out, still not fixed. Wait times for tech support are abominable. These people don’t understand business. As soon as Wi Fi TV is really here they get the boot after 12 years
