Send Pulse Poor Customer Service Internet!!. Opened an account with this company and realized after 2 days that they were not going to be able to accomplish what I needed. So I cancelled the account and requested a refund. Was sent an email immediately saying your refund has been approved, it will be in your bank in 7-10 business days. 8 business days later, I receive an email from customer support saying that they noticed I requested a refund and want to know if there is anything they can do to keep me as a customer. I said no, I want to cancel and get a refund, which I was told was already approved and on its way to me. Got no repsonse. It has now been 30 days since I cancelled and I still have not received a refund and no one is returning my phone calls or emails. Company is a complete Scam with the worst customer service support ever.
