Piloshop | Poor customer service, product not yet delivered

I ordered two Fuji NP-140 batteries from Piloshop on November 30, 2009. On December 3 I called and they said it was back ordered. On December 11th they said they had received back order and would ship. After my account status was still saying processed, I called again on December 15. They claimed they had run out of those batteries and had them back ordered again. On December 22, they said they received back order and would ship soon. On December 29 they said shipping was delayed due to Christmas holidays. On January 4, 2010 the order was supposedly shipped but I have still not received a tracking number after making a couple calls. I will wait and see if I get my order over the next couple of weeks. Otherwise I will contact VISA and try to get a refund. I will not order from this company again seeing how many complaints are on this site and experiencing poor service from them. By the way, while emails go unanswered, you can usually reach the owner by pressing one instead of two when prompted after you call their toll free number.
