My magic garden | Scam

Ordered two packages of the giant tomato trees special as advertised on TV, but through their web page. Order was supposed to be 6 plants in each group (one seed per pod) for $15.00 plus handling. Received confirmation of the order and the price which was $ 57.00. Parcel came, with four packages 2 supposedly as ordered and two free packages as not ordered. In addition I received a new invoice showing a total of $130.64. When I enquired I was told that I had to pay the additional costs for the free seeds. One seed per pod for “early tomatoes” which can be purchased for .79 cents at the local hardware store in an envelope containing 27 seeds. When I advised that I did not want them and was sending them back I was told I would have to pay for the shipping and handling. I refused and hung up. I returned the full order and lo and behold not only was one payment taken out of the credit card account but now there were two deductions each in the amount of $65.32 each, for a total $140.64 again more than even the second invoice. I have all the documentation which I can scan and send to those who intend on doing something about their particular matter with this company, and will cooperate fully with anyone who requires my assistance. I have notified MARKETPLACE today and am hoping that they will take up the case. Please notifiy them that you to have been scammed. Also contact the police in your area and lodge a complaint as I have done.
