On Novmeber 5th I received an LG Dishwasher from the Brick.On or about May of this year the motor started to make noise that you could not hear yourself talk. I phoned the Brick who sent over RVS from sherbrooke who sent a tec person over and told me that the motor needed to be replaced. He ordered a new motor to which it arrive aug 2 and installed it. The motor made some noise again and was told if it gets worst call us back. in september I could not take it anymore and phoned to have the motor replaced again. I have been waiting since september for a new motor to which I am told it takes time to get a motor. I have written LG a number of times to which they are of no help at all in helping me with my 3rd motor for my dishwasher.After phoning RVS who tells me they are still waiting for an answer as to when the motor will be sent to them I now have given up on LG and there service.This dishwasher has not worked half the time and all this happened within the first year of service.I can just imagine what other people are going threw with there LG dishwasher.I would say a good 5 months we are not able to use this machine between geting the so called motor replacementsBruce
