Copier center | Losing a customer over $0.08

I went into staples to make some photocopies and after trying one copy it was too dark. So I asked the clerk to help and her copy was also dark, then she selected the lightest mode and asked me to press the button. That copy wasn’t as bad as the first two and I asked her if she would refund me the first two and her response was NO. Then I said what about the copy she did and she thought about it for a moment and said I’ll refund that one. She got on the phone with her manager and asked for permission and turned to me and said that she can’t refund copy mistakes. I then got so annoyed that I wanted my $5 back and she said they can’t refund any money that we put into the copying cards. when I spoke to the manager, he wasn’t any help either, he keep saying that it was a misunderstanding and he also refused to refund my $5. So over $0.08, they lost a customer, what customer service they have.I will never go into that store ever again even if they pay me to shop there.
