Cinnaparts | Poor Customer Service

Went into the pizza hut on Barton st in hamilton and picked up a personal pan pizza and an order of cinnaparts. waited for about 20 minutes which was fine. Went home ate my personal pan pizza which was great, I started to eat my cinnaparts and noticed they were raw. So I called pizza hut and a gentleman answered very friendly he was asked me how he could help me I explained to him that my cinnaparts were raw, he said okay hold please. Then a female voice said im the manager whats wrong? I said my cinnaparts are raw, she said and I quote” the funny thing is that they went through the oven for Ithe correct amount of time” and I said I don’t care how long they were in the oven they are not cooked, she proceeded still with no apoligy about them cooking them properly so I interupted her and asked her if she was calling me a liar and she didn’t answer. So then I asked her if she could send me some new ones and she could have these back to see for herself, she said no you have to come pick them up, and i said but now its out of my way she said she couldnt have it delivered because i picked them up and i said yes but you made the mistake and didnt cook them, she said if you want them you have to come and get them so i said fine. by the time i got to the store i was so angry at this girl when i walked into the store i told her i want my money back she said thats fine. i placed the box of cinnaparts in front of this girl and she opened the box i then asked her does it look like i was lying she said i never said you were and i said the first thing out of your mouth should have been apoligy she said she had to get to the bottom of it and i said not with me she didnt. she had to get to the bottom of it with her cooks all she needed to do with me was apoligize and offer to correct the situation instead she heated it up by her snotty response to me. I then told her she should not be working with customers if she has no customer service skills her response was i have been here for 11 years and then snickered at me. I said just because you have been working some where for 11 years does not mean you have the proper customer service skills it just means you havent been caught yet. I asked her for a head office number she gave me a long distance number. so when i arrived at home i called it you need an extension to speak with anyone, and she gave me no name and as far as i am concerned she should have given me a 1 – 800 number. So far i received crappy service raw food had to drive there twice and now i have to pay a long distance charge on top of the service for today. Pizza Hut normally has great food and i am extremely disappointed they have allowed this lady to stay there this long. shame on you pizza hut someone better call me to rectify this.
