Kamishade has never refunded my money to my emerald debit card. I ordered a dress from this website on December 5th 2015 and canceled on December 6th 2015, when I realized I could not get my dress by December 13th 2015. I tried express shipping and Was told there was no express shipping for the dress I ordered and was sent a link by someone name Diane to choose another dress that could be shipped express. The link had nothing but cheap looking mayerial dresses for the same expensive price as the original dress I ordered. I sent an email to Diane and told her to refund my money. I have made several attempts at calling the number listed on the website. The message says contact them by email and when the voice mail comes on it says you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. I received an email from Diane and an Elizabeth saying I would receive a refund on 7 to 14 days that was back in the beginning of December never received anything so I emailed Diane again she told me to read my email it says 7 to 14 business days is when ill get my money back, then she says your refund will be processed on December 28th, 2015. It is now January 11th 2016, I have not received my refund yet, and have not received anymore communications from kamishade at all. My money is simply gone.
