I ordered a Pandora charm from Joowel Jewelry through the Internet on October 3, 2015. It is now October 26th, and still no charm. Excuse after excuse through emails about the delay. They keep saying it’s held up in Thailand. The USPS tracking shows that supposedly it has been in San Diego, CA , since October 17th. I emailed them and told them I insist on a refund and they told me they can’t do that. Very suspicious. Do not order from this company. They need to be put out of business.
