I purchased 3 Platinum TV Boxes from Tiger Lot Electronics on October 25, 2017. I could not get them to work, so I contacted Tiger Lot for help. I was never able to get a hold of anyopne who could help me. After numerous requests by phone and email, I finally gave up and returned the 3 boxes on Nov. 13, 2017. | A month later I would have expected the return to have showed up as a credit to my Visa account. It did not show up. So, I began contacting them on a regular basis about the refund. At first I got some excuses like “we are having problems in our accounting area. That was over 3 months ago. Now my requests just get a polite “we will be processing your refund”, but after 4 months, still no sign of my refund!
