AFter perusing the company’s we biste and calling them I placed an order for some espresso I saw highly rated via Coffee Review 2017. Upon receiving coffee I noticed it is NOT dark and after tasting it I realize it is not espresso. It is sour and leaves terrible aftertaste!! I called to inquire about probelm and horrible taste of both types I ordered and was met with ” you are making it wrong” etc. Since I have owned my espresso maker for over 4 years I think I know how to make espresso by now. Apparently they don ot roast the espresso fully and I was met with a RUDE male person who refused to refund me. I will send it back to them and my credit card company will charge them for the return shipping on addition to the cost of this CRAPPY coffee.
