Impressivecanvas advertises on Facebook, which is where I found the company. I ordered a large 5 piece canvas college team mural. I felt comfortable due to the site stating that the shipment was insured and could be tracked. There was no mention that the order would be shipped from China. However, after placing my order I discovered it shipped from China. I placed the order 12/20/2016 & received a shipment confirmation email 12/31/2017 stating the package was accepted in China and in transit. It is now 2/17/17 and when I check the tracking status it’s still showing that the package was accepted in China/EMS and in transit. There have been no updates in a month and a half. I reached out via email, hoping to get an update on the estimated delivery date. They responded with a “run around”. They provided a list of excuses, but never provided specific info . They pretty much said to wait and hopefully it would arrive within 40-60 business days., despite originally stating when I ordered 12/20/16 that I would receive the order within 21-23 days. BE sure to read their Terms of Sevice, click the link on the bottom of the main page before placing an order. Those terms are enough to scare me away from placing an order, wish I would have read before ordering. Basically if the package doesn’t arrive they will not do anything to resolve the issue, no refunds for delay/non delivery, they will abandon the package for certain reasons, etc.. Obviously showing that it is obviously NOT insured. I’m still holding out hope that I will receive my order and haven’t just given this company my hard earned money for nothing in return, but I’m not getting my hopes up. | Please, please be cautious before placing an order. I really hope this post will save others from wasting money or at the very least provide information so they are aware of how this company does things before making a purchase. This company should really be transparent and tell customers the items will be shipped from China and are not actually insured at the very least….before checkout. Then consumers can then decide if they would like to place the order or not. I feel that by withholding this information they are misleading those that place orders. I really hope I do receive this order and I hope the item is what was advertised/promised, but I do have concerns due to my experience so far with this company. Good luck!
