After signing up with iGot, we were contacted and offered low-rate merchant services in exchange for storing our Bitcoin on the iGot platform/online wallet. We transferred $12,000USD in Bitcoin to iGot (plus another 43btc) and initiated a sell and wire transfer to our account. This was on July 2nd. To date, we have received NOTHING. We initiated a transfer of our additional 43 stored Bitcoin and had to wait approx five days before seeing it in our external wallet. This was after sending many emails threatening action. There is no customer support and our inquiries to their Facebook page were immediately blocked and banned. They have sent us several excuses in an email about a DDOS attack, but this information is false – there’s no way that iGot has been suffering from a Denial of Service attack since July 2nd.
