I purchased Brazillian Remy Hair on 5/14/2015 and I cancelled the order the morning of 5/15/2015. Two weeks later I received the product that I cancelled on 5/15/2015. I contacted Eena in customer service on 6/4/2015 becuase I just returned from vacation. I shipped the box back to House of Beauty on 6/11/2015 via USPS (tracking number purposes) and I have not received my refund of $123.16 plus $13.30 in return shipping fees for a product I canceled shipment on.
