I used relator agent “Julie Kwan” BRW#01484543, Monrovia CA, She has made my home buying experience as a complete nightmare. | I have lost faith in her ever since I figured that Termite cost is paid by seller because of CA laws. I am first time buyer and she has been taking advantage of me by telling me such lies. I came from different country so I have no idea of how things work. | I received email from her on 9/7 saying “sign last documents and she will give me credit for appliances” (She missed it even after I reminded her to explicitly mention about appliances for 2 units.) I told her this is not how I will sign the last documents. | She has already made me sign the closing on 08/30 by telling that fixed to items in inspection reports are covered by Addendum#1. She neither provided it to me nor my lender, her office told even they don’t have the copy of Addendum#1. | She hid things from me and lender. Lender couldn’t make sure my contingencies are taken care. | Today is 9/8 and I am waiting on fixes done while Julie is enjoying her vacation, She disappeared after receiving funds! | Escrow told me buyers agent takes care of tenant estoppel, She did not work on it until 9/2. | She is now completely unreachable and not responding to my emails. Before this she was shouting at me, and if you scroll down she has told me that she didn’t make any money on this transaction. I brought ‘760K’ worth house through her, she did not find this property for me, I found it and asked her to arrange me a showing. | With all these facts she has been yelling at me that ‘She has gone out of her way’. | I have no clue what benchmark does she carries for her services. | I do not know if she operates your franchisee or she works for you. | She doesn’t know that she is a service provider and I am her client and she needs a reminder about her responsibilities as a licensed real estate agent! | Please Stay away from her, get yourself someone who will care about you and will work for you and protect you.
