I placed order hm-2708 for model kits on their website on july 22, 2018 for models that were about to be released. The kits were not released for some time, so i thought they were holding all the order to ship at once. I started to email questions about my order once i saw all of the kits were released and my order clearly showed paid for on their website and stated it was unfulfilled. I first heard from them on march 6th of 2019 stating they could not issue a refund since that order was on an old credit card system that they could no longer access. They offered me credit. They said to place a new order and write a comment that this should have $57.84 in credit from order order hm-2708. I placed order hm-3237 on march 10th and was billed the full amount of $78.74. I did not recieve the $57.84 in store credit. That order was never filled and then we exchanged emails several times. It was only when i explained that this was fraud and i would treat it as such with the ftc, bbb, my credit card company, they quickly issued a full refund of the $78.74. I thanked them for that and explained that i was still owed the $57.84 from the first order. I even sent them screen captures from their website that listed the first order hm-2708 as paid for ($57.84) and unfufilled. I got one response saying that the store owner would have to deal with it monday morning which would have been march 25th, 2019. I have sent several follow up emails without any response.
