I placed an order for 13 trees and was told that each were 3′ tall. I finally received the package after 3 weeks and the package was only 12″ x 19″ so of course I knew that they were not as promised so I didn’t open the package. I called customer service and they told me that I was sending back the package unopened and that I was going to tape a letter to the front of the package telling them the circumstances and that I wanted a refund of my money. The customer service rep said that was find and they would refund my money as soon as they received the package. | I called to make sure they received the package and they told me that they had and that they had sent a voucher for me to use on my next purchase. I told them that I didn’t want to order anything from them again and they told me just to send a letter back with the voucher and they would refund my credit card. | I called today and after being treated very rudely that unless I sent the package back with a tracking #, I would not receive a refund. I asked to speak to her supervisor. After being disconnected and calling back again, I finally talked with her supervisor who was equally rude. He accused me of lying and said that his cs reps would never tell me that and that unless I had proof that I sent the merchandise back that I was not getting a refund.
