Dropped Family Mobel January 2nd. Recieved a closing bill for double the amount of the monthly payment. My payments were due no later than the 5th of the month. Called customer service they explained Family Mobile billing cycle was post billing from the 16th on one month to the16th of the next. You paid for last months bill the following month. Essentially your billing due date was not important. The have referred me to Customre Relations to attemp to resovle this issue. I would suggest anyone having a problem with Wal-Mart Family Mobile/T-Mobile file a complant with Consumer Protection. This is just another “rig-off” of consumers.
