DMI notified me that I won a camera. I sent in a payment as per their instructions in the notification. Subsequestly, I received letters from DMI damanding another payment. I sent in three payments over the course of a year totalling $74.31. I wrote them on September 8, 2018, damanding that I be sent the camera or refunded in full. Today, on October 26, 2018, I received a letter from DMI with a check refunding only one of my payments for $39.85 along with a letter that they regret I am not one of the thousands of satisfied customers. Don’t you actually have the merchandise in order to be considered a customer in the first place?
