DealGuardian, LLC.

DealGuardian is a SCAM. BE VERY CAREFUL. First off you will not be able to cancel products through the actual product you buy. For example, I bought UpViral for one month. However I wanted to cancel after that month but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to do so through UpViral.com. | So, I was in a rush and I didn’t cancel. I promptly forgot about it for 4 months, getting billed each month. Okay– that’s MY FAULT. I accept it. Kindof. | But the fact is, if I could cancel with one button, I would’ve never been charged for those 4 months. Which is their exact intentions. | Now, I finally have enough and contact their support. The support gives me this huge email explaining all these steps and hurdles I have to go through to cancel. And get this– IT WAS MISSING A STEP. In other words even using all those instructions, I could never cancel through that email alone! | Fortunately, I figured it out. | But… even though I found out WHERE to cancel, I have to submit a message to their rep. I guess to see if I “quailfy” to cancel my own account? Very frustrated at this point, I send them a message with a picture of a middle finger. | Was that the smartest thing in the world? Well– I don’t believe these companies are ethical, and I wanted to express my opinion. Plus I paid them for 5 months and only used it for 1. | I get a reply back saying that I have been blacklisted from their “selected vendors” for my “tone”. Well… I can say I don’t give a d**n about dealing with ANY vendors who have this bad of ethics. | I take personal responsibility for my “tone”. Maybe it was a little much. But– I can’t STAND companies that make it this difficult to cancel a recurring payment. And now they act like they have the moral highground because they had to look at a picture. They are scammers and I hope this report will even save one person from using the service.
