On 5/21/18, I purchased a purse online from cosmofasions.com. The money was taken out of my account that day by PayPal. I waited and waited to receive the purse. After two weeks, I called them and got a robot voice mail. No one ever called back. I left an query on their online “contact us” form and got no response. I emailed them twice – no response. I then contacted PayPal, and PayPal reversed the transaction. I’m glad PayPal stepped up and gave me my money back, but I am warning others: Do not buy from Cosmo Fashions.
