Dealing with these people is pretty much the worst experience I can think off. I have been in the automotive repair industry for over 40 years now, have installed dozens of HID kits into vehicles from various manufacturers and was almost always treated like a valued client. These people however do not seem to value their customers at all. First I received the wrong parts in the initial order, after contacting them I got the answer: ‘we don’t make mistakes like that’ but 2 weeks later finally received the correct pieces after stopping the credit card payment ( no communication that the part was ever even sent). 4 weeks later a customer of mine ordered lights for his Mercedes Benz and also received the wrong lights (lights for H4 instead of 9004). Now one of the lights in my wife’s vehicle is not functioning so I contacted the company about the warranty procedure: after 2 days I got the response: ‘we have to ask our technician’. The website claims that they give a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I guess they mean the lifetime of the part rather than MY lifetime. POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, NO WARRANTY. AVOID BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
