DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BluePay. I have worked with about 8 Merchant processors over the years. I’ve never had anyone treat us as badly as this group. Getting our money from them was like pulling teeth. | While we were working with them, they routinely “forgot” to initiate our deposits. Usually this occurred on a weekend, so that we had to go 3 and 4 days without deposits. | Then, they unilaterally imposed a “Reserve” on us without notifying us. They began holding our money in their account without telling us. | Ultimately, when we parted ways, they held more than $60,000 of our money for six months. In light of the risks of our account, this was egregious and unreasonable. | Terrible company; terrible customer service; arrogant managers; an unconscionable merchant agreement. Stay clear of these guys. You can obviously see they have a long track record of Yscam. Sad. Very sad.
