I originally ordered three pair of pants. The sizes were inconsistent and had to send all three back. They were sent in two different shipments. I recieved a refund for one pair as requested. I requested a store credit for the other two, which is provided at 110% the original cost. After many emails back and forth with customer support abou the store credit and how to access it, I was finally able to make a purchase of a fourth pair, for which the store credit was applied and I had to pay shipping on top of that. The pants arrived and yet again, the sizing inconsistency continued as they do not fit (lengthwise) and had to return these at my expense. I requested a refund of the purchase price and received only a refund or the overage I paid for the pants. I contacted customer support to request full refund of the original purchase price of $58, as I would no longer make purchases from this company due to the sizing inconsistency. I specifically indicated that I was not looking to get a refund of the 110% store credit, only the amount I originally paid. I have been told that they will not honor the refund due to others “taking advantage” of this. I’m not asking for more than what I have already paid for a product that I do not have.
