I purchased a childrens electric remote controll car for my granddaughter in October 2015 throught Walmart.com. She received the car as a Christmas gift and it quit working in January 2016. Due to being ill I didn’t start trying to get the car replaced till March 2016. I called Walmart and they referred me to Best Choice. I called Best Choice and they refused to replace the car because it was more than 60 days after I bought it. I explained to the agent and she still refused to replce the item. Said item was $175.00, not cheap to say the least. She said it was probably the ac/dc adaptor. She sent an e-mail to distribution to see if they had a spare on and if they didn’t she’d let me know so I could purchase one from them. I’ve been waiting over a week to hear back from her. Today I found a 12v ac/dc adaptor here at my house so I tried it. Nope it isn’t the charger so I guess I get to buy another expensive toy or throw the one I have out. It’s been used maybe 5 or 6 times. Not only is their customer service sorry, their return policy is too.
