Avila Serum

I signed up for a free $4.95 30 day trial of Avila Serum. Nowhere on the internet page were there Terms and Conditions that they would send the product, after 14 days charge your credit card $98.41 every month thereafter. After reviewing my credit card statement, I found the charge from a company called AluawSerum. I figured they were related since Avila Serum was the only product I had purchased online. I called and was told about the terms and conditions. I got angry and asked for a refund and was told they were authorized to return 30% of my money. After getting angrier, the Rep said she could refund 50% of my money. After getting to the point of yelling at her that she was a scam artist working for a fraudulent company and again asking for a FULL refund, she gave me the final option of returning the product. I said I would return it on Monday morning. After I said I would return it, she said she would allow me to keep the product and refund the full amount of $98.41. Do not allow these scam artists to walk all over you. What they are doing is committing credit card FRAUD. | I called 866-921-7393 and was told about the terms and conditions.
