I was call by my account rep saying I need to help you bury those bad reviews? After seeing, and searching through my customer point of sale system. I reply, those are not my customers. I don’t want them buried, I want them removed. My rep said they would check into it and get back to me. That never happened even w/ a reminder. I asked for a refund but again not reply. If they can’t police their own angie list members, how can their reviews be trusted.
