On 18 Jan 2016 l”ve paid deposit RM 205 out of RM 497.40 to Autobavari for replacement of front exhaust mounting parts. The account # C0000002 & service estimate # 9804 for car # WUG 9023. Auto Bavaria mentioned the parts need to order from overseas. However, the representative from Auto Bavaria since then never call me to advise the parts delivery status until i have to call Auto Bavaria few times to confirm on this matter. Morever the noise level from the undercarriage when the gear is engaged is getting louder & irritating. Despite my few reminders to Auto Bavaria on this matter, the Auto Bavaria never call me to fixed the appointment until again i make an attempt to call them on 17 Jan 2016. Hence the sales rep. has given me the date on 23 Feb to fixed this problem. Today ( 18 Feb) i called again Auto Bavaria to highlight the noise level is so loud & i requested this issue to be settled ASAP either by today or Saturday. However, as usual i didn”t receive any feedback yet. This is bad customer service & response to customers urgency. Pls reply :- 1)Why it”s taking 1 month to deliver the parts from Germany ( since 18 Jan ) to KL to fixed this problem. 2)Why didn”t give priority to fixed the problem despite the louder noise from the car that l”m experiencing now. 3) Why the person incharge from Auto Bavaria didn”t make any attempt to call me to follow up the conditions of the car during this waiting time (1 month) & keep quite until l”ve to call them few times asking the status of parts. 4)l suspected the supporting parts of the exhaust car is crack/broken coz of long time delivery period & to fix the problem. During this period, l”ve travelled long distance. Therefore, i wanted Auto Bavaria to return back my full payment made on 18 Jan 2016 & provide the service without charges. l feel irritated whenever start the car engine coz of the noise level is increasing. The public just watching at me coz of this noise & this has downgraded the perception of BMW car. 5)Any consequences issues related to this matter should be given free of charge in future . Thanks.
