Complaint: Was told I would only be charged $1.95. Upon checking my bank account 2 weeks later I was charged 39.95. I called to get a refund, and was told there are no refunds and they have a strict refund policy which I agreed to when I bought my 1.95 resume. The refund policy in their terms and conditions states they will refund you in your 14 day free trial. Nothing about how they WON’T refund you at all. After asking to speak to a manager she said she was one, and I asked to speak to somebody above her and she said they were all at lunch and that they would tell me the same thing. I submitted a dispute to my bank. We will see how it goes.
