Scam of vacation rental

My Complaint: Promised a 1200 sq foot cottage w/ kitchenette. We paid $500 upfront based on details by Mike Brooks. When went to book the cottage dates, was told we could only get a hotel room in a cottage. It did not have kitchenette….these are on the second floor of the cottages.

My Demand: Refund of $500
