Complaint: I am a Realtor and have some lead generation with another online Real Estate company. I was contacted by Realtor.com saying a new zipcode was open and was only 106.00 a month. I decided to try it but the next day I realized the timing was bad, as I would be gone out of town over next couple months and thought it best to wait to start so sent an email within my 3 business days (which their information states is the cancellation period) to cancel. I never received confirmation so I called. The woman said they had no record of a cancellation but woud start the request and transfered me to the sale person, Michael Herrera. He tried and tried to get me to keep it, even offering 2 free months, but I insisted on cancelling and asked for an email to confirm it, which I did receive. I received a call a week later, inviting me to a training call, for my new zip code I had cancelled! I told her I cancelled and again she says, “I see no record of your cancellation!”” I told her I have an email and she asked me to forward it which I did and she sales the sales person must call to complete my cancellation WTF? He of course
