I have been using ReadyDebit for over a year now and haven’t had too bad of an experience until today. I get paid on the 1st and 15th every month. Today was supposed to be my payday, but it is now 10:30MST and I still have no money. I called my HR department and they assured me that my check was posted correctly just as it always is at the same time each and every 1st and 15th of the month. I called the number on the back of my card only to be told "I’m sorry, we no longer provide services for ReadyDebit." Whoa! What!? I am a paying customer trying to find out where my money is at and you tell me you no longer provide services for ReadyDebit customers!? I was so angery, but just figured they probably use an outsourced company who handles multiple companies. So I searched for a different number online, but even on their website the same number is posted (866.295.2460). I called again and they immediately told me that if I was a ReadyDebit customer I needed to call a different number. They gave me 1-877-344-3773, but when I called it was just hold music and no answer. Now my payday has gone and passed and I have no money and no one I can call and talk to for some help. Sure glad I pay $14.95 a month for unlimited live customer care help. Gee thanks ReadyDebit. Well, I emailed them, but no answer yet. We’ll see. I’ll be sure to post back to let you know what happens.
