I ordered a battery from HobbyPartz.com and realized that there were complaints about them sending the wrong connector. I called to ensure I’d get the right connector and they confirmed I would. I then of course received the wrong connector. They make contacting them nearly impossible. 1. Toll Free line doesn’t work. 2. Chat support doesn’t work. 3. Email takes a week or so to get back and they don’t correct the issue. 4. I stayed on hold for 2 hours on their toll line and then it hung up on me when I was next in queue. Now it’s been two weeks and one phone is busy all the time and the other just hangs up after the recording. I can’t get through to them and they seem to be refusing to correct my situation. I filed a BBB report they simply ignored. I’m simply waiting for an adapter they promised to send me out.
