Complaint: It all started in late 2007. The purchase of our store was a tangled web of deceit and lies as well as a conspiracy between the previous owner working together in a close personal relationship with their (Franchise Business Leader) whose main role is to communicate info from company to franchisee. We do believe that there was some discrimination in this as this FBL had some type of different relationship with the franchisee that we purchased from than his relationship with any other. Our story is rather large, and if there will be any communication from Ripoff, and ourselves we will produce much detail. Our goal is to show all of the prospective franchisees what they have to look forward to. Quizno’s is with out a doubt causing me to have failing health. My self and my Wife are loosing much sleep over our store. In this economic situation this company is closing the window on a franchisee being able to even make enough money to pay rent, or have electricity outside. My goal in this letter is to maybe find some one that would have enough care to help all of us. We have a bad reputation, but if you will truly investigate, and speak to other franchisees you will find that we have been mistreated.
