I went to OnlinePublicRecordsSearch.com and paid for premium service for unlimited public records searches in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and Australia, after the person I was searching for was found in Canada. The report was supposed to be e-mailed to me after credit card payment. The email confirmation I received was from a different web address: publicrecordschecks.com. When I went to that address as instructed and signed in, it recognized me as a member, but there was no record of my previous search. When I attempted to re-do the search, only U.S. searches were available, which doesn’t help me. There seems to be no customer service. I have sent an email to ClickBank asking for a refund of my $42.89. I spent the entire evening on this. Outrageous!
