Complaint: I ordered 3 bottles of German wine at the beginning of April and paid in full. The wine was meant to be thankyou gifts to people who have helped us in our move. I waited 3 weeks for the wine before contacting the company. Initially I only got the voicemail and left messages that were never retured. Finally, I did get a hold of who I believe is the proprietor who said the the ordered wine was on back order, hence no delivery. He offered to upgrade my order for the same price with another available German wine and that delivery would be made no later than May 8. This conversation took place on or around the May 3. It is the May 15 and I still have no wine. Not only have not the wine, but I never received any email confirmation of the order or followup of the problem. I do however have an invoice number and the CC statement that indicates payment transaction. I am angry that this company has over $100 of my money and I want it back!
