On May 7 I ordered Poochpad products from an American Company, Poochpads. They had my credit card debited in May and I still do not have the product here in Australia. It is now the 25th June. We have emailed them 3 times thus far and have had one reply from a man called Charles. He said they had a baglog of orders due to a long weekend in America. Since the last email we have contacted our Australian bank ANZ and asked them to get a refund for us. They are investigating the problem at present. We emailed Poochpads to let them know that we will be taking further action but as yet they have not answered. I am very disappointed that the product has not arrived as I have a 15 year old poodle that has incontinence problems and here in Australia there are no products like this one. I had a choice of many American companies to purchase from but Poochpads appeared to be an excellent product.
