Not refunding funds used from Credit Card
My Complaint: I found charges on my credit card that were fraudulent. I contact this company on February 2, 2015 and they agreed with an email to refund my money. The email stated it will take 5-10 business days. After two week I called again to be informed that since it was a debit card it will take 30 days. After a month I called to be told it could not be return to my card they will have to cut me a check. It is not April 8, 2015 and nothing has been received. I call today and was told as of March 18, 2015 it will take 6-8 weeks to send me a check for $108.00. I have discovered this company is not refunding people money.
My Demand: I really want my money back. I urge everyone that have had or has some tupe of dealings with this company not to deal with them at all.
